Most B2B teams are burning seven figures a year on prep work nobody wants to do.

Speed and quality numbers are pulled from real production execution logs on the client’s own n8n. The hours and the $1M+ figure are a model: 7 reps × 10 prospects/day × 30 min × $120/hour fully-loaded cost. It’s rep time redirected from prep to selling, not payroll removed.

This is where that reclaimed time goes. When reps stop skipping prep, the team reaches 2.5× the accounts they were touching before. Run that through normal B2B funnel conversion (2% cadence-to-meeting, 50% meeting-to-opp, 20% close) at a $50K ACV, and that’s ~21 extra deals a year. The same $1M of rep time, now pointed at pipeline instead of prep.
